LolaMora Producciones is an independent project inside WorldCom formed by women involved in journalism, information and media technology, training and investigation.

LolaMora was born in the South; it could not have been any other way. After a journey through the Rif –North of Morocco– and many testimonies taken from old and new emigrants... We reached the Other Shore of the Mediterranean, where we came up with the name for the multimedia production company.

The women that form LolaMora’s production company work to produce information-communication which shows the diversity and complexity of all facts and phenomena that surround us. LolaMora Producciones is based on the notion that there is a general need for responsible media sensitized to social issues.

Although it is a catholic radio, we consider it one of the most important 'independent' media in a country where there is little room for civil society initiatives which are not linked directly to the MPLA government.

jdcjdconline.net is the website of the project "Journal du Citoyen" in the Democratic Repubic of Congo (Kinshasa).

The original purpose of this project was to offer polically independent information before and during the general elections in Congo. The project however continued after the elections. The Journal du Citoyen was distributed on paper as an addendum with newspapers througout Congo.

"Stichting WorldCom" was founded in 1992 by a group of Dutch people (technicians and radio makers & trainers) engaged in the solidarity movement with Central America. The primary focus was to support a fast growing movement of community radios with technical know-how and to support general development through community radio. WorldCom's first project was to supply equipment and train technicians and programme makers at Radio Sumpul in the Chalatenango province of El Salvador.
